Effective Dates: June 16, 2025 – July 31, 2025

1. Eligibility
• New Subscribers Only: This promotion is open exclusively to new residential customers who have not previously subscribed to Zentro Internet services.
• Service Type: Only individual residential subscriptions are eligible. Bulk customers, corporate unit customers, or properties under bulk agreements are excluded. Condominium owners and HOAs are excluded from this promotion.
• Geographic Limitations: Available to customers within Zentro’s service areas in the United States.
• Customer Age: Must be 21+ years old to participate

2. Promotion Details
• Prize: One (1) winner will receive a credit towards their rent, up to a maximum of $2,500.
• Selection Process: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible new subscribers who sign up between June 6, 2025, and July 4, 2025.
• Notification: Winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days after the promotion ends.
• Prize Fulfillment: Prize will be credited directly to the winner’s landlord or property manager, or provided as a check, at Zentro’s discretion.
• Service Address Requirement: The rent must be for a residential address located within Zentro’s service areas in the United States.

3. Terms of Service
• Subscription Agreement: By participating, entrants agree to Zentro’s standard service agreement and terms of service.
• Billing: Customers will be billed according to Zentro’s standard billing cycle
• Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their service at any time. However, cancellation does not affect eligibility for the promotion.
• Refund Policy: No refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• Product Availability: Products and Speeds subject to location and availability.

4. General Conditions
• Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Zentro to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Limitation of Liability: Zentro is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other problems that may affect participation or prize fulfillment.
• Right to Modify: Zentro reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winner Responsibility: Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, penalties or fines that may be imposed by any federal, state or local authority in connection with this promotion.
