Connected traffic systems can also identify if a particular lane has more cars, giving that lane more green light time to keep traffic moving smoothly. Similarly, the system can shorten drivers’ wait times if traffic is minimal in another direction.

This technology not only reduces delays but also helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions, as vehicles spend less time idling at red lights. By implementing more of these strategies, residents can feel safer on the road while advancing eco-friendly strategies.  

Electric Vehicle Charging Networks

Charging stations can also be monitored remotely, reducing the need for on-site staff and allowing for quicker responses to technical issues.
